Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

By using PremiumService (premiumservice.club), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) below.

1. Use of the service

The service provides outbound email delivery for legitimate, permission-based transactional and notification messages. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent local rules.

2. Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

You may not use the service to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or message recipients who have not opted in.
Use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists.
Send phishing, malware, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
Falsify headers, sender identity, or routing information.
Omit a functioning unsubscribe mechanism or fail to honor opt-out requests.
Distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.

Every message must include accurate sender information and a working one-click unsubscribe. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.

3. Authentication requirements

All sending domains must maintain valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We reserve the right to suspend sending that fails authentication or damages platform reputation.

4. Enforcement

Violations of these Terms or the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where applicable, the removal of associated DNS/rDNS records. We cooperate with hosting and network providers and lawful authorities in cases of abuse.

5. Complaints and abuse reports

Abuse reports can be sent to abuse@premiumservice.club and are reviewed within 24 hours.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and the AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
